Self-Introduction of Yiding Luo

Hello everyone! My Chinese name is Yiding Luo and My English name is Wozzy.

I was raised up in a small city called Maoming,which lies in Western Guangdong.Maoming is a coastal city, so I grew up by the sea.

I love skiing and look for snow in the winter when I can. I love the speed and excitement of skiing from the top of the mountain to the bottom, that’s what I love about this sport. Sitting on the snow and letting myself go is also another reason why I like this sport, skiing can calm my mind to feel the beauty of this world.

Sometimes I also go to play some online games, I like the feeling of playing games with my friends, from which I can learn teamwork and I can feel happy on the way of playing games with them. Although playing games consumes most of my after-school time, it’s just the most enjoyable thing to do on a lonely night with friends.

I love travelling, I will go to various cities with attractions that interest me, I like to stay in a city for a week and then look around for good food or beautiful sights during that week. I like to experience the different culture of each city and the hobbies of the people in each city, and to experience life in a different way with the local way of life.

I can’t live without hip-hop music, and my favourite idol is Songyueting, an American bron Chinese rapper who is full of critical spirits. From the lyric of his song <Life is a struggle>, I can see the lifestyle which comes with equality and freedom. He inspires me a lot so that I have a strong desire to expand my horizon on studying abroad.
